The cake is a creamy dark chocolate mousse cake with a vanilla sponge cake, a crispy gianduja chocolate layer, finished with a chocolate glaze, and white chocolate heart. Gianduja is hazelnut and milk chocolate, which we mix with shaved waffle flakes.
