Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Cake (6″)
Chocolate mousse raspberry cake is made with dark chocolate mousse and a raspberry gelée insert on vanilla sponge cake surrounded by almond sponge cake with raspberry jam. Our 6″ cake feeds 3-4 people. To feed a larger crowd, please look at our 9″ version.
