Our creamy dark chocolate mousse cake is made with a chocolate sponge cake, filled with cocoa nibs, a bright strawberry insert, finished with a chocolate glaze, and topped with glazed strawberries, chocolate shavings and Valentine’s day garnishes made with white chocolate.
