Enjoy layers of lemon curd with blackberry insert for this delicious cake. This cake starts with a foundation of daquoise then layers of lemon curd folded into a lemon mousse, blackberry gelée insert and topped with a blackberry glaze. It is garnished with blackberries and lemon zest. The 6″ cake feeds 3-4. To feed a larger crowd, please look at our 9″ version.
