Turducken Demo (Meal for 10)

Turducken

Chef Jean Vendeville’s Turducken Demo is your chance to see how a turducken is created. It’s the combination of a deboned turkey + stuffing + deboned duck + stuffing + deboned chicken + stuffing with andouille sausage. The “bird” will weigh about 20lbs – plenty to feed a crowd of 10.

Attendees will be served dinner along with the turducken demonstration on Tuesday, November 22. At the end of the night, each guest will take home a meal for 10. Sweet potato casserole,  mashed potatoes, green beans, plenty of gravy, three pies (apple, pumpkin, pecan) and cornbread for 10 will be included in the turducken meal attendees take home.

Directions will be included to heat and serve your meal. Only 25 spots are available for this unique opportunity. Chef Jean’s demos are informative and entertaining. Leave the prep work and baking to STC student chefs under the direction of Chef Jean Vendeville – and sit back to enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal with your guests.
